• Coriander powder- 1tsp

• 1tbsp of Rava or Semolina
• 6 slices Bread
• Salt- as per taste
• Butter- 1tbsp

Directions to prepare
1. Break the eggs using a mixing bowl. Add milk and beat the mixture properly.
2. Add the powdered spices- coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala and salt to this mixture.
3. beat it about 2-3 minutes because those spices tend to form clumps.
4. Add all the chopped spices and vegetables to the egg mixture.
5. Melt some butter on a medium flame Heat using a pan.
6. Soak the bread slices that we got and mixture in the egg mixture, then roll them in rava.
7. Put the bread slices in the pan. Pour some of the mixtures on the bread.
8. Fry both sides of the bread. Serve the Indian style French toast with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.

• Mix onion, green chili, coriander leaves and garlic together and chop it finely. In a large bowl break the eggs, mixed those chopped things together and added cheese, salt & pepper, and milk and whisk well.
• Heat a pan and add ½ a tablespoon of butter or 1 tsp oil, dip a one bread piece in egg mixture about 10 sec each side. Spread veggie all over bread piece using a spoon.
• Place bread pieces on the pan and spread little veggies again will the help of a spoon. Cook 2 minutes or until it golden brown in medium heat, flip the bread and cook again about 2 mins until nicely brown and crispy. Repeat the same for other pieces as well
• Serve any sauce or green chutney with it.

Vegetable French toast without egg

you just need few Ingredients to make French toast without egg
• 3 Bread slices
• 1/2cup of Rava
• 1/4cup Yoghurt
• chopped Onions 2 tbsp
• grated Carrot 2 tbsp
• 2 tablespoon chopped Green pepper
• small Green chili 1 finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp of Chili powder
• ½ tsp of Chaat masala
• ½ tsp of Garam masala
• chopped 1 spoon of Coriander leaves
• 1/4tsp of Turmeric powder
• Butter
• Salt to taste

Directions to prepare

Cut the bread slices.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, except the butter in a bowl. Add a little water if it is too thick. That mixture should be of spreading consistency.
3. Take a slice of bread and apply butter on both sides. Lightly brown it on one side on a heated tawa.
4. Spread the rava mixture on the top and turn it over. Cook, it until lightly brown.
5. Do the same with the rest slices of bread. Serve hot with ketchup.

  • Bread slices – 12
  • Milk- 500 ml
  • Sugar- 5 tbsp
  • Butter for toasting

1. Whisk the eggs with milk and sugar.
Heat butter in a pan. Dunk the bread slices in the egg-milk and toast the bread on the pan.

When one side of the bread got brown, turn over and toast the other side till it browns and Serves warm.

Add a pinch of powdered cinnamon or vanilla essence for taste

How to make Spicy French toast in Bombay style
Bombay style spicy French toast gives the real chili taste and suitable for spicy seekers.

• 2 slices bread
• 1 or 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of milk
• 1 pinch salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon finely minced green chili pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cooking oil

Directions to prepare
1. Heat a pan on the stove with the oil on medium.
2. Whisk together the milk, salt, green chili, egg, and turmeric in a shallow bowl.
3. Dip the bread into the mixture and coat it well, once coated then, let sit in a bowl to soak up all the egg.
4. Transfer the soaked bread to the heated pan.
5. When the bread gets golden brown, turn it over and brown the other side.
6. Add the garlic, chili, turmeric, and onions.
7. saute until the onion is softened and is translucent, not browned.
8. top the hot Bombay toast with the onions.
